California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) says Palin is not ready yet, but will be by the time she gets elected. Schwarzenegger will be campaigning for McCain in Ohio this week. I wonder if these remarks will get the Governor will get banned as a surrogate, much like Fiorina?
