Sen. Barack Obama's campaign will be buying TV ad time in West Virginia, a red state that President Bush won twice...Is this a head fake? A move to make McCain spend money in a state he was counting on not having to compete in? A real push? We shall see. Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., tellingly, will visit the Mountaineer State soon.
