Media reports had suggested that Hillary Clinton would be the keynote speaker on Tuesday night at the Democratic convention. Today, reports came out that Mark Warner will be the keynote speaker, not Hillary.
Hillary is still scheduled to be a headliner on Tuesday but she will not be the keynote speaker. The major networks are going to carry only an hour of live convention coverage and will most likely cover Hillary’s speech, whether it’s keynote or not.
Headliner, keynote -- the difference may be unintelligible to most people but to Hillary's disgruntled supporters, it may just feel like more salt in the wound.
